Comfortable, clean & quiet stay at this lovely property. Loved the comfortable beds, decor and the beautiful flowers on the patio. Our host answered my question immediately. We’d love to stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn's place! Exactly as described, immaculately clean and conveniently located. Super responsive host, easy check-in instructions. Highly recommend!

This is exactly what was advertised and what we were looking for during our stay. Clean, well kept and furnished. We grilled steaks on a new grill that worked great. After a week on the road, the washer/dryer came in handy as well. Highly recommended.

A wonderfully clean, decorated and comfortable private retreat! The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we were hoping for: off street parking, complete kitchen with working ice maker in refrigerator, a bathtub, plenty of very nice towels, TVs in every living area, a fenced backyard (for our cat), and convenience to shopping and bike paths. We ride our bikes to the coastal trail. Wonderful stay..thank you to Dawn!!

Fabulous older duplex in South Anchorage, beautiful finishes, and amenities left by host. Toiletries, coffee, creamer,sugar, treats. Beds were Awesome!!! nice fenced backyard for the pup. Would definitely stay again. Great price for Anchorage in the summer.. very safe neighborhood and nearby restaurants. 5 stars

Great place to stay if you travel with dogs!! Backyard is amazing! Used the grill to cook out for some of our meals. House is very nice, beds comfy, and Dawn’s communication is excellent!! Will definitely stay again with Dawn!

Wonderful comfortable and spacious place. We were there for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you would need to arrive for a stay without having to go to the store first except for food. Dawn was an exceptional host and even brought us 3 fans because 75 deg. Was a " heat wave" . The fact that she took the time and care to even think about that for us was above and beyond! She even recommended spectacular Kincade Park that I took our 6-year-old son to. It's an expansive Park on the water with excellent hiking biking trails 5 minutes away.The location was in close proximity to all the stores for the necessities.We would definitely stay here again.Check in was a breeze and communication was excellent!
