Comfortable Property just 3 miles from the Anchorage Airport. This unit offers a central location for all that Anchorage has to offer.

This 3 bedroom unit is fully loaded with everything you need for the home away from home. The master bedroom has a king bed with direct access into the bath area. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The unit offers sleeping (beds) for 6 and a full kitchen with Washer and Dryer. Included amenities are a local phone, cable, flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Stereo, WiFi Wireless internet, and a full supply of linens and kitchen accessories.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet place at a reasonable price than you have found it. This unit is well maintained and managed and we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.

If you like walking, you are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. If athletics is your game travel the trails by walking, running, bike or roller blade your way through the city. Anchorage has hundreds of miles of bike trails throughout the city. Many dining opportunities are within walking distance from this location. Anchorage has a fun nightlife for those who like to go out. We have fantastic restaurants that offer the freshest seafood anywhere and when you have enjoyed dinner then dance at the many nightspots in the city.

One of the busiest float plane lakes in the world - Lake Hood, is a ten minute walk, and is the central location for fly out fishing and hunting trips. Fishing is what Alaska is best known for. You are at ground zero for the world famous Halibut, King Salmon, Red and Silver Fishing and don't forget the Crab! We Love the Crab!

Anchorage is a great winter destination also, and is a short 45 minute drive to Mt. Alyeska - a world class ski mountain with runs for all types of skill levels. The resort offers a tram lift with seven chair lifts, there is a restaurant at the top of the mountain and a 5 Star Alyeska Prince Hotel if you decide to overnight in the area. In winter you can enjoy cross country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating and opportunities for dog sledding and snow machining (snowmobiling).

Craig, as the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive to all of my questions and needs. His prompt responses and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was in impeccable condition, very clean, and all amenities were in great working order. Additionally, the convenient location of the building, with ample parking and close proximity to dining establishments and grocery stores, made my stay even more pleasant. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Nice place to stay

my kids love there room and that matters with me. everything is nice except the exhaust fan on the bathroom i think that needs to get change… overall i would recommend it and probably coming back again next time…. thanks craig….

Functional and Clean

My family recently stayed for a week while visiting relatives. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was wonderful to have in-unit laundry! I was disappointed when there wasn't a pack n play as the host and I had previously discussed, and when I asked about it I got no response. We ended up buying a used one at Once Upon A Child nearby. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy, but the apartment security made us feel better.

Peaceful location

Enjoyed our time at this vacation rental- older neighborhood but very peaceful- beds are super comfy and I won’t hesitate to book this rental again in the future

Nice clean apartment, with plenty of room

Me and my family stayed here for 6 nights. The apartment was very clean, all the appliances worked well and it was very nice having a washer and dryer! Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for my family of 5

Well maintained

Our host Craig was available on premises fortunately we had no issues. The property was bright, very clean and well maintained. All he appliances were sparkly clean and worked well. I will book next Anchorage trip.

Clean apartment but on the second floor

This was a surprisingly nice apartment. We were worried about driving up to it because the neighborhood does not look so nice, but the apartment itself was clean and updated. It is centrally located and close to a lot of things. The only thing I did not like was that nowhere in the listing did it say it was on the second floor. My mother has mobility issues and the stairs were really hard for her. Had I known it was on the second floor, I would have booked something else.

Birthday celebration to Alaska

We were a group of six people on my granddaughter’s 12th birthday trip. The location was excellent and convenient. The condo was well laid out and comfortable for all of us. We enjoyed coming back to it every evening. We had a few hiccups, we went to the wrong building completely our fault, Craig was very good to work with and communication was excellent and in a timely manner. We would rent from him again on our next adventure to Anchorage.

Nice place at a great location.

I rented this apartment for a 2-week stay for a day camp for my daughter and her best friend. The size and location were great. The only thing I had trouble with was communication with the property manager. I asked for a Pack and Play for my grandson, and was told he would get one, but never did, despite 2 reminders.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Craig communicated with us quickly when we had questions and we were able to check in with ease late in the evening. This condo was clean and offered all the necessities and more. It was the perfect size for our family of two adults and three teenage boys. Plenty of space.
