Villa Serenity- very nice

My wife, 19yr old grandson, and myself had a great stay at Villa Senenity. Very clean and as advertised per listing. Communications were great with property management. Had a great time!

Super Flitterwochen im perfekten Haus

Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und es umgibt einen vom ersten Moment an mit Gemütlichkeit. Viele Kleinigkeiten lassen sofort Wohlgefühl aufkommen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Es ist für alles notwendige gesorgt. Wir haben hier unsere Flitterwochen mit unserer Tochter verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Objekt ist super zentral gelegen, sehr komfortabel und vieles im Haus ist von exquisiter Qualität. Von der Nachbarschaft haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Durch die Lage direkt am Kanal konnten wir absolute Ruhe genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung und der CheckIn war ebenfalls super. Außerordentlich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Relaxing Vacation

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with a really nice screened in lanai and pool. We spent the week swimming, walking the neighborhood and watching the boats go by. There are two Publix stores near by for a quick grocery run. Not too far to the beaches, lots of local restaurants although we chose to dine in and grill out this trip! We were fortunate enough to be there during the Christmas boat parade and we enjoyed seeing all the beautifully decorated boats. We also spotted a burrowing owl which is native to the area. We really enjoyed our stay and hope that we can return to this house. Thanks, Irene and Shawn

Relaxing vacation

A great time was had by all! We loved the home with its comfortable beds, relaxing pool and nice tables (inside and out) for playing games in the evenings! We loved the beach towels and cooler for picnics at the beautiful beaches! Everything is well thought out. We did add to the kitchen a pizza pan and pizza cutter as every home needs one - said our Chicago Son! Everyone was so great from booking to check in to check out! We hope to be back soon!

Nice home on the canal!

Beautiful location on the canal. We enjoyed the heated pool. Pool was only partially shaded by the house. House was older and less spacious than anticipated via photos, but still very nice. Decor was nice and as pictured. Ample kitchen supplies for our stay. Although we did need to purchase dish soap, laundry soap, tp, and paper towels. Bedding and towels were nice and plentiful. Close to restaurants and grocery/liquor stores. Highly recommend Lady Lobster, Two Meatballs in the Kitchen, Duffy’s and Ford’s Garage. Poor cell phone reception in areas of pool and house. WiFi could be improved. Check in and check out was excellent. Our house managers were great. Adam was the bomb, very cordial and informative. Took prompt care of a few minor issues on our first day. Would consider this home for future visits to Cape Coral.

Clean, modern tranquility!

Great location close to shops, restaurants and grocery. Very clean with everything you need and nothing you don’t. So modern and well organized you’ll want to never leave. Quiet neighborhood but such an easy shot over the Cape Coral bridge to Ft Myers beach or Sanibel. Check in was so simple and all our questions were answered promptly and courteously. We extended our stay for two days to take advantage of better weather and it was no problem at all. The pool was just perfect with soothing lights and the entertainment system was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much! We’ve found our vacation rental in Cape Coral.
