Welcome to our home away from home, in the heart of Playacar Phase II — a spacious and elegant 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat designed for comfort, connection, and effortless tropical living. Blending modern luxury with a relaxed atmosphere, this beautifully appointed condo features light-filled interiors, stylish décor, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and a private rooftop terrace perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Guests enjoy access to the condominium pool, gym, and bike racks, along with beach club access for 4 guests at The Reef Playacar. Public beach access is also available through the nearby Mayan Ruins pathway.

Located inside Playacar’s gated community, you’ll be surrounded by lush greenery, quiet streets, golf courses, cafés, and easy access to Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue. Ideal for families, couples, groups, and extended stays seeking a refined yet welcoming Caribbean escape.

We chose Playacar because it offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and convenience. The neighborhood is known for its lush tropical landscaping, quiet gated streets, beach access, and relaxed atmosphere, while still being just minutes from the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue.

What we love most is the feeling of being tucked away in a peaceful tropical retreat while still being close to everything. Mornings here are calm and scenic, with palm-lined paths perfect for walking or biking, and evenings feel relaxed and safe. Between the nearby beach, golf course, cafés, and nature-filled surroundings, Playacar has a unique charm that keeps us coming back.

We’ve intentionally created a space that feels elegant yet comfortable, blending modern amenities with a light, airy Riviera Maya aesthetic. Guests can enjoy the pool, gym, bike racks, high-speed WiFi, and beach club access for 4 guests at The Reef Playacar, all within the peaceful gated community of Playacar Phase II.

Being able to enjoy quiet tropical surroundings while still being minutes from the beach and Playa del Carmen’s vibrant dining and shopping scene is something our guests truly love.
