I enjoy the diversity, the culture, the food spots nearby, and being close to beaches, downtown, stadiums, and major attractions without always dealing with heavy tourist areas. What I appreciate most is the sense of family, everyday hardworking people, and the convenience of having everything you need close by while still being able to come home and relax in a peaceful space.
