At the “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” in Kühlungsborn, you’ll find vacation apartments right on the beach. The Upstalsboom Apartment (kbat302), with 3 rooms spread over 60 square meters and a balcony, offers plenty of space for 4 people to relax by the Baltic Sea.

The vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the complex—right on the beach and next to the marina in Kühlungsborn.

Amenities
The apartment features 2 sleeping areas with laminate flooring, a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00) with a mattress topper or a bunk bed with an adjustable slatted frame, and a living area with a southwest-facing balcony. The balcony, with a side view of the sea, faces the pier and the beach promenade.
The apartment’s interior features a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a TV/stereo system with two TVs and a DVD player.
We can provide a high chair and a crib—which can be placed in the master bedroom—for a fee and upon request.

Special Features
Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking vacation apartment. You can rent bathrobes for a fee from our service office upon request. In addition, free Wi-Fi access and a single parking space for your car in the underground garage (with a maximum vehicle height of 2.00 m) are available for a fee. The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” complex features an elevator, a coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella bacteria was detected in the plumbing system of the Atlantik building (in an apartment on the 4th floor). As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
