Private: natural state property (fenced), large, beautiful, well-kept garden 1'200 m2, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. Shop 3.5 km, grocery 100 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 2.7 km, railway station "Hospitalet de l'Infant" 6 km, sandy beach 3.5 km. Golf course 2.5 km.
