- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.
- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.
- No pets, smoking, parties, or events, no boats are allowed, with a strict $1,500 fine for violations.
