The house is located in Megansett, which is a highly sought after summer destination on Cape Cod. Megansett is located in North Falmouth, Massachusetts. The house is located a 5-minute walk to Megansett Beach (lifeguards). Megansett has a shallow bottom excellent for children, with no tide surges or large waves. The beach is excellent for kayaking, sailing, and water sports. The house is a short drive or bike-ride to Old Silver Beach. 1/2 mile to "Shining Sea" Bike Path. 5 golf courses within 10 minute drive. Short walk to playground, baseball field, tennis, basketball courts, and ice cream shop.
