Host communication was excellent! We couldn’t find trash bags and some remotes needed new batteries and the host had these delivered within 30 minutes of our request. The kids room was fantastic for our 3 year old and the backyard worked for our 9 year old also. The crib, high chair, and toddler bunk beds were also a huge plus for us. The neighborhood was easy to access and very quiet. The only downside to our stay was the cleanliness of the house overall. The faucets had a lot of hard water build up on the spouts, the kitchen sink was dirty, and the air vents needed cleaning. The previous owners of the house must have had cats which you could smell as soon as you enter the property. My husband’s allergies were triggered day 1 and by the end of our 3 night stay even I was wheezing and coughing.
