Awesome place in a great neighborhood! We came with another couple and the room set up was very accommodating with bedroom and bathrooms for privacy. The pool was perfect and the beach is less than a mile walk or 2 minute car ride. Great!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Loved the outdoor pool House was really clean and beautiful! Perfect spot for a family to relax and enjoy! Great Home away from home! St Pete Beach, Sunset Beach and Treasure island beach close by. Seafood Restaurants and live entertainment all close by. Thank you for letting us rent your home enjoyed it so much A rating. Would definitely love to stay there again

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, plenty of food nearby, beach was less than a mile away. If you like to fish, there is a bridge within walking distance to fish. The host is very kind and will reply quickly. The area is great, and I will stay there again.

My family and I stayed here from July 23–27, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, functional, and had plenty of bedrooms and more than enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably.The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every cooking supply we needed, and the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, which made our stay even more convenient. The pool as an added bonus as well. Jeremy was an excellent host. He was always responsive, professional, and quick to answer any questions we had. We never felt like we were on our own—he made sure any issues or accommodations were handled promptly.Thank you, Jeremy, for making our stay so enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

We were four adults and three children 9, 7 and 2. The home was beautiful. Had everything we needed. The host was an excellent communicator, very responsive and went out of his way to be of assistance. The pool was an added bonus, which our family from Germany with their three children absolutely enjoyed following a day at the beach. We enjoyed grilling steaks one night and eating at Sandollar Bill’s twice. It is a great little tiki bar behind the Bonaire Hotel, which is really enclose proximity to the house. And the BEST VIEW for the most lively sunsets. Just park in the public beach parking lot which is pretty much located on golf Boulevard where you turn to enter the street for the home. It’s a very short beach walk to Sandollar Bill’s for the best cheeseburgers you’ll find anywhere. We enjoyed PASS A Grille Beach further south for shell picking and a little fishing. We went to the Hurricane restaurant for Grouper sandwiches. Try tgexaseahorse for breakfast. We even did a little shopping at Tyrone Square Mall.. The kids had to play games at Chuck E. Cheese because they don’t have this in Germany Overall, it was an awesome vacation. We highly recommend this Home.

My stay was excellent. The accommodation was very clean, tidy and exactly as described in the photos. The place is comfortable, quiet and perfect to rest. Communication with the host was very good, he always responded quickly and was aware of any need. Without a doubt I would stay here again and I recommend it 100%.
