Comfortable Sleeping for Everyone: The primary suite features a large private master bedroom with direct access to the lanai, two walk in closets and updated master bath. The separate guest wing is on the opposite end of the home separated by a pocket door, and features two guest rooms, one with queen bed with new memory foam mattress, the other with 2 twin beds (with an additional trundle bed if needed for those family visits) and updated guest bath with bench seat. All bedrooms have their own smart tv.

The Villages Lifestyle: Cruise to nearby town squares, golf courses, pools, recreation centers, shopping and dining. This home is in a prime location, a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing, Mallory Country Club, at least two recreation centers with family pools, 1 adult pool, and executive golf courses.

January - March: The months of January through March must be booked as a 3 month rental; otherwise the booking request will not be accepted. The months of December, April and May must be rented for the full month.
