Wonderful nature and tranquillity, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, turn every day of your vacation into a relaxing break and ensure a lasting sense of relaxation. The vacation home complex borders directly on a bird sanctuary and is only approx. 700 m from the popular natural beach.

With over 130 m², the house offers space for 6 people (+ 2 small children). The open-plan living and dining room is located on the barrier-free first floor. A modern, fully equipped country kitchen offers everything you need for cooking or baking. A large dining table with swivel chairs and 2 high chairs for children invite you to enjoy a cozy meal. There is also a bathroom with sauna and a bedroom with a box-spring bed on the first floor.

Upstairs there are two further very large bedrooms including 2 children's travel beds and a spacious bathroom. All bedrooms have Smart TV with Magenta TV included.
The entire house is equipped with elegant wood-effect designer flooring, underfloor heating, electric external blinds, insect screens, Wi-Fi and an electric barbecue. And if the weather isn't perfect and you can't go cycling or to the beach for swimming, windsurfing, kitesurfing or stand-up paddling, you can relax in front of the fireplace, in the sauna or look forward to a cozy games evening without having to bring your own games.

There are 3 parking spaces in front of the house and a lockable bicycle/equipment shed for storing bicycles or water sports equipment such as SUPs, surfboards or Neos.

The Neighborhood:
In the immediate vicinity is the “San Pepelone” campsite (700 m) with a kite and surf school, a fish snack bar, a small store (open seasonally) for everyday needs, a beach bar and the “Seaside” restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace.


The natural beach offers a playground, beach and volleyball, surf equipment, boats and bicycles for hire. Pepelow and the adjacent lagoon are particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts and families, as the shallow water makes it a paradise for kiters, surfers and swimmers.


Discover the beautiful Baltic Sea coast with the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar or the cathedral town of Bad Doberan during your vacation. The Baltic seaside resorts of Heiligendamm (the white town by the sea), Rerik and Kühlungsborn are also not far from Pepelow. The Baltic Sea cycle path runs directly in front of the vacation resort for relaxing bike rides or hikes.

Take a ride on the oldest steam-powered narrow-gauge railroad “Molli” from Bad Doberan via the oldest German seaside resort Heiligendamm to the Baltic seaside resort Kühlungsborn. A highlight for children and adults alike. As is the summer toboggan run in Bad Doberan, the “Wonnemar” fun pool in Wismar or Rostock Zoo with its unique Darwineum and Polarium.
And if you just want peace and quiet and want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then walk to the Salzhaff, look out over the water and set your eyes to infinity.
