With roughly 2,600 sq. ft., an open main level for gathering, and a layout that gives everyone breathing room, it's a great fit for families and groups who want comfort, convenience, and the "easy button" for beach days.



The main floor is designed for together time, with a comfortable living area anchored by a 50" Smart TV for streaming, plus a kitchen and dining space that stays connected to the action. The kitchen is ready for real meals at home with LG appliances and helpful extras like a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, and blender, along with cookware, utensils, and tableware, perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to a full dinner in. You'll also have central heat and A/C, an LG washer and dryer, and fast WiFi (500 Mbps down / 50 Mbps up) for streaming, remote work, and keeping everyone connected.



Sleeping is thoughtfully spread across two levels. On the main floor, the king bedroom with an ensuite bath offers privacy and easy access. Upstairs, you'll find two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with a twin-over-queen setup, plus two full bathrooms (including a Jack-and-Jill shared bath), a flexible setup for couples, kids, and mixed groups.



Outdoor living is part of the draw here, with deck and patio space, a small backyard area, and a charcoal grill for cookouts.
