Welcome to your South Lake Tahoe basecamp — a 4-bedroom, 2-bath mountain home tucked into the quiet Montgomery Estates neighborhood. Peaceful setting, but close to everything: about 10 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort, Stateline, and Lake Tahoe.
The first floor is the heart of the house — kitchen, dining, living room, and TV room all flow together. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom round out the main level. One of the bedrooms was built with kids in mind.
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with its private bathroom, plus a fourth bedroom on the quieter end of the house.
Out back, the deck has comfortable seating, a gas grill, and a private hot tub — all surrounded by trees, so privacy is easy. It's where most groups end up spending their evenings.
Whether you're hitting the slopes at Heavenly, kayaking the lake, or just unwinding by the hot tub, this home is built for easy mountain weekends.
