Please note that parking is accessed directly from Main Street and requires parallel parking. A key code and check-in details will be sent prior to arrival for easy access.



The Neighborhood:

The setting feels straight out of a postcard, with quiet coastal streets, timeless homes, and the ocean just beyond. Back Beach is just steps away, offering a scenic place for swimming, beach walks, and harbor views.



From the home, guests can easily stroll into downtown Rockport for boutique shops, galleries, cafés, restaurants, and classic coastal scenery. Bearskin Neck is also nearby, with waterfront eateries, artists’ studios, lobster shacks, and some of Rockport’s most iconic views.



Getting Around:

The property is walkable to many of Rockport’s best attractions, including Back Beach, downtown Rockport, Bearskin Neck, shops, galleries, and restaurants.



Free parking is available on premises, making it easy to explore Gloucester, Good Harbor Beach, Halibut Point, Annisquam, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and other Cape Ann destinations by car.



The Rockport commuter rail station is nearby for guests looking to travel into Boston or explore the North Shore without driving. Rideshare availability may vary seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: There is one dedicated off-street parking space alongside the home that is accessed directly from Main Street. The space requires parallel parking and is best suited for standard cars and midsize SUVs. Full-size SUVs, trucks, and oversized vehicles may find the space challenging, so please plan accordingly.

No pets, smoking, or events are permitted.



The home includes a lofted sleeping area, so guests should be comfortable with that layout when planning sleeping arrangements.



As with many coastal homes, guests may experience changing weather, seasonal beach activity, and the natural rhythm of life near the water.
