Greetings, Michlien, First, I want to truly extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the hoops that we had to negotiate from the onset of our journey to finalizing this rental agreement. In short, you were super awesome and our stay was amazingly enjoyable and without any major issues. However, two safety concerns did surface: 1) the glass table top was/is unsecured and almost fell onto the floor. As such, we simply avoided using it. 2) The microwave was lose and somewhat pulled away from the wall. Nothing that a few wall anchor screws would have fixed. Despite these 2 noted blimps, your property is at an elite level and very comfortable. We would recommend your property to anyone looking for a well kept, clean and reliable place to stay. On a scale of one to ten, I would salute you with resounding ten. Thank you for helping us enjoy Gatlinburg and surrounding areas
