Kick back and relax in this stylish modern space in West End. Nestled in the jungle on Luna beach Road. A private three-level villa designed for comfort, space, and convenience. Perfect for families or small groups, the home features three spacious terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living area, and two bedrooms—each with its own private bathroom. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. 15 min walk down a paved street to Luna Beach. A car would be recommended if you prefer to explore other beaches or visit the other end of the island.

The house belongs to an HOA, so no loud parties or unauthorized guest on overnight stay
ALL Trash needs to be removed from the home and left at the trash bins which are located three houses down on the left side
Please turn off A/C units when not in the home, Electricity is very expensive on the island. and to keep the nightly cost down, be mindful of the use.

Luna Beach road is in the West End, a quite area away from the busy main strip - Walking to the Luna Beach is 15 minutes away through the jungle on a well maintained paved road. The heart of West End is a 10 min walk along the beach from Luna beach hotel. If you prefer to drive the home is 5 min to WestEnd main road or 10 min drive to West Bay

The location lets you get away from the noise of all the activities from either West End or West Bay - The home is modern and fully equipped with all the amenities. The road is private, each floor has a 6 ft wide balcony that faces the jungle. Enjoy quite time listening to the birds or watching the facinating blue lizards - (They are harmless) - If you are lucky you may even see a few huming birds that love to check out the balcony. Enjoy the walk down the road to the beach to watch amazing sunsets, while enjoying a drink or dinner at the Luna beach resort. Luna beach like most parts of the island is protected by the reef, so there are no waves so it is safe for kids yet clear to see schools of fish.
