Brand new Villa with open space concept. Large kitchen and lounge area with high ceilings. Front porch swing overlooking 3 min walk to West Bay beach. Large master bedroom with ensuit shower and private balcony. Living room area has a half bath next to full washer and dryer all brand new. Guest room has full bed with ensuit shower. Brand new addition was a loft with stunning window and two twin long beds that turn into a king bed together. All rooms have their own cold AC units and thermostats plus big fans. Kitchen is fully equipped with K cup and full coffee pot maker plus extra wine cooler and counter ice maker for drinks. Full fiber optics wifi with Smart Cable TV new strong wifi

This property had EVERYTHING. Location.. literally 1/2 way between west bay and west end. We walked everywhere. Felt super safe. Even at night. Plus… 4 very beautiful restaurants right on the beach, 5 min walk from Villa. Having the use of Blue Roatan Beach Club was a huge plus. Pool, restaurant, bar and sunset dock. Villa: beds are super comfortable, kitchen is stocked, front and back sitting areas for sun or shade. Deb has thought of everything. I will definitely be back.

The host is so super friendly and helpful with anything you need. The accommodation is nicely decorated and a high standard. The location was perfect as right next to all resort facilities and some of the best restaurants around. We also walked along the beach to west Bay - 15 mins which was a lovely walk to go snorkeling each day at the far end and catch water taxi back each day for 5 each.

Beautiful home and location

We greatly enjoyed our stay. House is beautiful-had all the amenities we could think of. Use of the beach club was a great addition-allowing us the use of the pool, beach chairs and dock to use water taxis. The owner was responsive and had great recommendations for snorkeling, drivers and restaurants.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family loved the property so much! Our kids, ages 7 and 9, were so sad to leave. Communication with Deborah was the best I’ve had at any rental house. She sent detailed instructions on everything and Julio was able to help with about any excursion we could ever want to do. Can’t wait to come back and visit again soon!

Deborah was a wonderful communicator. The villa is in super great shape. Probably the best part of it is how close it is to arguably the nicest restaurant on the island in Ibagari and a few other great spots. By close, I mean a 1-2 minute walk. Also close enough to walk to both West Bay and West End. I'd certainly choose this location again as opposed to being right in the noise of the towns. (The only part of the location that wasn't the best we saw is that the beach itself isn't as good as the one in West Bay because it's not set up for you to just swim right out to good snorkeling spots.) Overall, we were super impressed with everything about the villa and Deborah. I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!

I was impressed before we even got to the location, Deborah (property owner) sent over all types of information about how to get around the island and fun activities to do with the whole family. The property was beautiful and it was a home away from home for the few days we stayed.

Best Host ever

Excellent communication from host Deb with all kinds of helpful numbers for airport transfer, taxi driver, to a zip line connection. Loved the location right in the middle of West Bay and West end. Loved the access to pool and lounge chairs at Blue Roatan resort. All just a 2 min walk down a hill The house was a perfect villa, very clean, had everything we could need in the kitchen. Highly recommend and would def stay here again!

What an amazing experience!

My family of 5 (kids ages 4, 8 and 11) loved our stay at your beautiful home! The space was even bigger than it looked in photos and we especially loved the 3 separate bathrooms. Comfy beds, lots of dishes, and even a pebble ice machine. The staff at the blue roatan pool was just the best and often gave my 4 year old a ride in the tuk-tuk back up to the pool. We loved the location- walkable to west bay beach but far enough that it was much quieter and more relaxing, We also loved seeing the iguanas, toucans and capybaras right outside our front door! We will be back!

Beautiful Roatan

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Deborah’s beautiful home. It’s perfectly situated between West End and West Bay only steps down the hill to the beach and boat docks. We didn’t have to deal with the Cruise ship crowds unless we wanted to walk the beach to West Bay. We could always hale a water taxi for 5 each way. All our excursions picked us up right from the dock at our beach. We had two great restaurants right at our beach and the food was amazing! We were able to come home each afternoon and relax in peace and solitude. We loved it!

Absolutely wonderful!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and location. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and the loft was perfect for them. We had a friend join us also and there was still plenty of room for the 5 of us. The resort area is clean, safe and quiet, and there is so much to do within walking or via boat taxi. Deborah was so great giving me contacts for activities and was immediately responsive if I had questions. Roatan was amazing and our family loved scuba diving, snorkeling and exploring. The villa was well stocked and a great place to unwind after a busy day. We will definitely be back!

Incredible Home

Our family has stayed at many VRBO‘s in this one officially is at the top of our list! Everything was perfect and we are thankful that we had such a wonderful home to stay in since we had two days of nonstop rain and stayed indoors more than we intended. They covered outdoor porches allowed us to sit outside while it was raining. The beds are so comfy, as are the towels (which are plentiful) and sofas. Kitchen has everything we needed. The location was the best IMO… nestled between two boutique hotels, the area was quiet and the staff at the beach house was amazing. Lotus restaurant was yummy! We had a car so it was easy to travel everywhere, however, West Bay Beach was a nice 15 to 20 minute walk from the home. We loved using the kayaks on the one calm ocean day we had. We honestly can’t wait to return!

We loved the property and Deborah was an amazing host. The only suggestion I have is to have a golf cart available for guests to use or rent for the week. The hill this property is located on is brutal and we had someone that had a knee replacement and it was so hard to get up that hill at the end of our busy days. You also have to haul all the things you need for your beach day, excursions, or even for just a swim in the pool at the bottom of this hill. That is the only thing I would change about this property.

Blue Roatan Paradise

Deborah Ganoe's house in West Bay is better than advertised. The house seems newly built and is very well done. With high ceilings and lots of glass the property is bright and beautiful inside. Everything is clean and new and there is lots of room. The furnishings and appliances are excellent. The property is in a great location in West Bay where several resorts and desired destinations are within walking distance. The beach is a walkable 100 yards down the street. Deborah is a helpful and responsive property owner without being a pest. She also has able support people around if you need assistance, starting with Julio who is a superb transportation and logistics professional. I've stayed at many VRBO properties in the Caribbean and Central America over the years and this property rises to the top of the list.

This place is perfect!

All the reviews will tell you Deborah is great....she is better than great, she could charge a daily rate for all her help and recommendations. Her driver was honest and amazing, her water taxi guy is like the mayor...he took us on the best snorkeling excursion ever and we gave his name to two other families, her knowledge of the island is incredible and the home is perfect. The bed is super comfy (we may get a foam mattress for our home). The showers are huge and super hot water. The couches are perfect for relaxing and watching tv and the kitchen is stocked. The location is the best part! The home is a short water taxi ($5 per person one way, easy to grab at dock) to half moon bay and the west end for snorkeling. We liked half moon bay best, go to Gingers...they will give you a chair if you eat there. The home is next to Luna Muna, best dinner we have had in years (we ate there 2 nights, lobster risotto is delicious) and the Blue Roatan resort will allow you to eat, drink and use the beach chairs (Deborah's name opens all the doors). The private beach is 120 steps from the front door and super easy to kayak out to great snorkeling (the resort has a pool at the beach and you can borrow paddle boards and kayaks. If we return to Roatan, we will stay here again, it would be perfect for a family of 2, 4 or 6 or two sets of adults. We didn't use the loft but would be fun for kids. Thank you to Deborah and her family for a great trip to Roatan!

Great villa in fantastic location

The villa is in a great location, only 2 or 3 minutes from the beautiful beach and less than 10 minutes walk from a range of restaurants and bars. It is very new and has modern appliances, and great AC - the layout works really well for a family with good bathrooms and a great table for meals and plenty of space for getting together. It is very well equipped throughout. Older kids will especially like the mezzanine bedroom! The patios and the swing seat at the front are great spots for relaxing outdoors and watching the hummingbirds feed - and they stay dry even if it’s raining. The nearby beach is fabulous and as the villa is connected to the Blue Roatan Resort you can use their facilities on the beach as well; pool, jacuzzi, loungers, paddle boards, kayaks and snorkels. The reef can be easily reached by paddle board or kayak straight from the beach. We were put in touch with some great contacts for taxis, snorkelling and for the water taxi. The water taxi is the simplest way to get to West End or West Bay - each is a 10min boat ride away. The taxi from the airport took us to the supermarket on the way to the villa to let us stock up for our stay and there is a good option of shops in West End as well if you need to restock. The cinnamon rolls at Sandy Buns in West End are a definite must! Sea Salt restaurant, two minutes along the beach, was the highlight for us for food, and the Boat Bar was a fabulous spot for watching the sunset with a beer, right on the beach.

You guys where amazing and so glad that all even my driver that gets your from airport to getting groceries on way to Villa making it all as conftable for you all. Such nice detailed review you gave us makes it more perfect to offer it more when we are not there. Welcome back anytime as this will be our guest home once we build a larger home there for us to retire and come back and forward to this amazing Island.

Great quiet location. About 5-15 min drive from most things. Easy walk downhill for a few restaurant options. Great house overall, had all amenities you could ask for.

Great location! Enjoyed the Blue Roatan Beach Club. Loved watching the McCaws in the trees one morning sitting on the patio! House is well equipped and beautiful!

Very unique location in between two high class boutique hotels that don’t accommodate children over night (Ibagari) so my villa does accommodate and our resort Blue Roatan does welcome kids and is still a very quiet Beach Club
