The kitchen is well-equipped with a large ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden. The spacious living and dining area features a table that seats six. A cozy leather sofa set offers plenty of space to relax with a book or while watching TV.<br><br>Both bedrooms feature oak parquet flooring. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm). An additional bed can be provided here upon request. In the cozy seating area, you can relax wonderfully while reading a book or watching TV. A foosball table in the living area invites you to a friendly game.<br><br>The kitchen, equipped with a large gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, is very well-appointed. The two bedrooms open off the living area and each feature a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, 2 x 80 cm x 200 cm). The bright and spacious bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and towel warmer, is decorated with white marble and river pebbles.<br><br>The living area opens onto the terrace, which features a fire pit and grill. The view stretches across the large garden all the way to the horizon. There is plenty of space for playing, sunbathing, relaxing, and barbecuing (approx. 2,000 sqm).
