Very modern, beautiful resort "Tramontana". In the resort Cap Salou, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, 2 swimming pools (10 x 10 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 600 m, supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bakery 600 m, café 200 m, bicycle rental 300 m, pub garden 200 m, bus stop "Bus La Plana parada El Raco" 250 m, railway station "Estación Camp Tarragona" 25 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, surf school 500 m, sailing school 3 km, riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 2 km, Aquopolis 2 km, Aquum Spa 2 km. Hiking paths: La Mussara 35 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
