Two parking spaces are available: one on the property and one in a private garage. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided. The interior is step-free. There’s storage for motorbikes, bicycles, scooters, and strollers. Waste recycling rules apply; further information is provided on site. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator.

L’appartement est conforme à la description, propre avec une magnifique terrasse vue sur la mer. La communication avec l’hôte a été facile. Attention, l’appartement est au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Nous recommandons ce logement.
