The studio is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residence in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: book and board game corner; lounge, TV room.

Living/bedroom (20 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on a sofa chair, TV, dining area (3 seats) and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, parasol). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove (induction hob, 3 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle and 50 € per stay will be charged for waste disposal not carried out. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
