Welcome to unit 310! The view is perfect. Sit on the balcony and enjoy that view and the sound of the waves on the beach. Watch the kids play in the courtyard grass. In the evening, soak in the peacefulness of the courtyard and the moonlight reflecting off the sparkling pool. In the morning, watch the sunrise and look out for our resident hungry heron.

The kitchen has new quartz countertops with bar seating. There are cabinets under the bar to provide ample pantry storage not usually available in the one-bedroom units.

The balcony has a storage closet for beach chairs and umbrellas and toys -- from floats to fishing poles. There is an extra table with chairs stored in the master closet for extra guests or holiday projects and games. There is a portable multi-speed tiltable tall fan for extra cooling. The hallway cabinet has games, puzzles, cards and books to keep you entertained.
