The holiday apartment "Nautilus Sea View" is located just a short walk from the beach in El Cotillo.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan and a washing machine.

Your private outdoor area includes a furnished open terrace and a balcony. Moreover, a shared pool is available for your use.

Great apartment

The apartment is as it looks on the photos. It was generally very clean. Great view although we couldn’t use the roof terrace too much because of the building noise next door. However we were out most of the time so it didn’t bother us too much. Be advised though that the building work will be going on for some time as an apartment block is being built. The apartment had everything you need for a stay. Daniela was very helpful. We would def stay again.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

Pros: Daniela was a great host. There was a slight mix up upon check-in as Daniela had forgotten to give us the updated lock box code, however she did sort this out quickly for us. The apartment was a good size and very comfortable. There was a kitchen that had most things needed for a self catering holiday. The beach and sea were so close, a few steps away, it was lovely to sit on the roof terrace and the front balcony watching the waves. The apartment was very close to all the restaurants and bars. The spacious roof terrace was lovely to relax and enjoy the sun. The only thing we would say about the roof terrace is that there is no screening between you and the neighbours, just a small wall between you, so when you were stood up there was not much privacy. This didn't effect us as we didn't have any immediate neighbours during our stay. The front balcony off the lounge / bedroom, was private and sheltered, which was very pleasant for wine in an evening! We would definitely stay again.
