Our home is just 10 minutes from Uptown, 5 minutes from the heart of NoDa, and 10 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway. This property offers a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants, breweries, and activities in the surrounding area!

We have an in-unit washer & dryer, hair dryers, a coffee maker, and Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms!

King bedroom: King Bed
Queen bedroom: Queen Bed
Game Room: Twin Beds
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
Available Upon Request: Traveler Pack/Play, high chair, gates, Air Mattresses on bed frames, and baby monitors.

- There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details; no additional guests permitted.
- Minimum age requirement to book our home is 25+ years old.

You can access the entire home using the door code provided before arrival.
