Arnold’s Park is a charming lakeside town in the heart of the Iowa Great Lakes region, known for its vibrant waterfront, family-friendly attractions and classic summer atmosphere. Home to historic Arnold’s Park Amusement Park, this Cabin is central to boating, beaches, live entertainment, shopping, dining, and easy access to the lake! The space: Perfect for family, friends, lake lovers, and groups looking for fun and relaxation. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 6 daily passes to the on site waterpark included with each stay. Guests have access to the Bridges Bay zip line, outdoor waterpark and indoor waterpark, fishing pond, and gym during their stay (check-out day excluded for waterpark passes). These recreational amenities are provided for guest enjoyment; however, use of these amenities is entirely voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. By choosing to participate in these activities, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with these activities. Cabin 71: Fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, private patio, washer/dryer, towels - everything you need for a perfect getaway! 1 King size bed in private bedroom, 1 Queen bed and 1 Full bed in loft overlooking the living room, 1 sofa bed, and couch. Converted garage hangout with bar and games available! No parties. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Checkout Instructions:

Before you leave, please:
1. Place all used towels in the bathtub.
2. Load any used dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
3. Remove all food from the refrigerator and dispose of any trash.
4. Bring bagged trash to the dumpsters.
5. Turn off lights, TVs and unplug small appliances.
6. Set the thermostat to 71 degrees.
7. Close and lock all windows and doors.
8. Return any moved furniture to its original location and return the sofa from a bed to sofa, if used.
9. Leave used beds unmade; our cleaning team will handle the linens.
