Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious king bed and access to a private deck, providing a peaceful spot to start your day or relax in the evening.

The bright and inviting living area opens to a private deck with fantastic views of both the pool and the beach. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, enjoying an afternoon cocktail or watching the sunset over the water, this outdoor space is the perfect place to unwind and take in the coastal scenery. The living area also includes a comfortable full sized sleeper sofa, so this home can accommodate up to 4 guests. The full bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combination, ideal for families and beachgoers alike.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation or a beach escape with your furry friend, this beautifully updated condo has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Three Hundred Ocean Mile has limited parking spaces available per townhome: 2 small sedans/cars (no oversized vehicles) or 1 full sized SUV/truck with no additional parking onsite. Additional parking along Gulf Beach Drive is now prohibited.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The condo was spotless when we arrived, everything was in great working order, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and everything we needed to cook meals. Communication with the property management company was smooth and easy from start to finish, and everyone we met in the community was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a relaxing, hassle-free stay in a beautiful location. We highly recommend it!
