良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Exterior & Interior of Condo location appearance was as described & beautiful , however we did encounter issues upon trying to enter the condo . The host failed to give us outer building access code ; 2 codes total are needed in order to gain access into the building , 1 for Building access & requires a 2nd code for condo Room entry . Having only had 1 code , after several attempts & with no success ; we reached out to the host during that time & they suggested to us to input it correctly but again no 2nd code was offered . Unfortunately the weather was incredibly hot & we involved customer support since our host offered no solution . After an hr , our host finally sent us a 2nd code & gained access. Ultimately Our stay was wonderful but will suggest a few things , the toggle needs replacing in the inner lock of the entry door , its abrasive & cut several members of my family with us trying to open it , also the coffee pot was very dirty upon us trying to use it . Other than those few things , our stay was wonderful . Thank you
