This typical Mallorcan vacation home is located in a rural setting between the charming town of Pollença and the lively coastal town of Puerto Pollença.

The living area spans two floors. On the first floor is the living room with satellite TV and a dining area. Guests looking to relax here will find a comfortable sofa set and a TV with satellite channels. There is also a traditional dark-wood dining table with matching chairs.
The large kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, and a dining table.
There is also a bathroom on the first floor.

A wide staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located. There is one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds, and one single bedroom. These four bedrooms share two bathrooms, one of which is on the upper floor and the other on the first floor.
