▪️ Surveillance or recording devices on property. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance of the building and at the rear of the building facing the parking area. These cameras monitor exterior access points only. There are no cameras inside the apartment or in any private guest areas.

▪️We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

▪️Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.

▪️ The property is conveniently located just minutes from Lake Michigan, North Avenue Beach, and Chicago's scenic lakefront trails, offering easy access to outdoor recreation, waterfront views, and some of the city's most popular attractions.

▪️ Please note that the apartment is located within a residential building. We kindly ask guests to respect neighbors and observe quiet hours during their stay.

▪️ One complimentary on-site parking space is available at the back of the building. Paid street parking is also available nearby.

▪️ Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please review the House Rules section for pet restrictions and requirements.

▪️ Trash is collected on Wednesdays and recycling is collected on Mondays. Please use the designated bins accordingly.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2 (dogs under 20lbs only). Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc. The garbage is to be put out every Thursday night.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
