Feelgood in Casa Pippo' Our newest Feelgood-homes property is built in 2023. Since May 2023 in the rental. Our 'Feelgood in Casa Pippo' is located on 10,000 square metres of fully fenced olive grove with 2 separate houses that are only rented to one guest. You are completely alone on the estate.

The Casa with large living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms can accommodate 4 people and the 'Piccolo' annexe with bedroom, living/kitchen area with high-quality sofa bed, bathroom and WC can accommodate a further 4 people.
The two completely independent houses are only rented together or, if the main house is rented, the Piccolo remains closed.
The complete package with Piccolo is perfect for couples of friends, the parents-in-law or the teenage kids. Or if you are only travelling as a couple with dogs, then enjoy Casa Pippo

interior:
Hotel boxspring beds, customised kitchens and built-in wardrobes, dining tables and washstands made from 300-year-old Hamburg oak, raw steel combined with antique chests of drawers. Cosy sofas, free-hanging Focus Slim fireplace, wine fridge, 2 fridges and freezers, two sets of high-quality crockery, Güde knives, fully automatic coffee machine.
All living and sleeping areas have Toshiba A+++ air conditioning, the living and bathroom areas have underfloor heating. Our house is secured with an alarm and exterior video camera system.

Exterior:
Our pool is 54 square metres in size, 1.50 m deep and has a shallow spiagga area. A heat pump ensures a pleasant temperature even in the cooler months for a fee.
The outdoor kitchen with beefer and plancha grill, including a large gas flame, makes for perfect dinners. Then you'll be spoilt for choice as to which of the many dining areas to set up. We offer a total of 4 outdoor dining areas and 2 dining tables in the houses.
From May 2024 outdoor sauna - the sheltered outdoor shower next door offers hot and cold water.

Nestled in the green sea of olive trees 5 km from the sea, our Casa Pippo is in the perfect location for cycling tours, walks along small roads, sightseeing tours or one of the many beaches in the area.

Whether long dune beaches for kitesurfing, small rocky bays for snorkelling or small sandy beaches with a lido - everyone will find his favourite beach here.

But Puglia has much more to offer than just beaches. The architecture of the individual towns and villages is beautiful. Whether Ostuni - the white city -, Cisternino, Carovigno, Martina Franca or Monopoli- we can't get enough of the various market squares, alleyways, churches and fortified towers.
