Great location but apartment is tired. Toilet room too small to close door, overall unit and blankets are starting to show lack of upkeep. Need better instructions on how to operate hot water for showers (we had a few cold ones) and heat. Grocery is across the street, so that is handy. About 6 blocks (very walkable) from the ocean and a few blocks from the train station. Renting through an agency so assistance is limited.

Rooms are clean but the kitchen and bathroom are in need of upgrades. There is no elevator in the building.If you have a lot of luggage it become an issue. There are High ceilings in the large aptm and pleasant art work on the walls but just outside the building is dirty and there is not a place to dispose your garbage. Newer bath towels and coffee cups are needed but the vibe in the place is good.You feel like you went to visit your sweet grandma!! The apartment keys issue with the agency is an annoyance.
