This 80 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 3 bedrooms (including one with a double bed and bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet by the pool, accommodating up to 8 guests. There are 4 outdoor parking spaces available on the property. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed, available for an extra fee. Smoking inside the house is not permitted. Parties are not allowed. Only guests listed in the reservation may enter the property.



The property has step-free access and interiors. Please note that during your stay, government water regulations may affect pool use, garden irrigation, or tap water availability.



According to Catalan law, all guests aged 14 and over must present ID at check-in or on the first day.



Guests are responsible for proper use of the house, gardens, pool, play area, and fireplace. Failure to comply with house rules may result in an extra charge or withholding of the deposit.
