Located in Avon-by-the-Sea, 1.5 blocks to the beach, enjoy all this 5-bedroom house has to offer. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze from the front porch! Accommodations for 10 people (2 king, 1 full, and 2 twin bedrooms), making it perfect for families. Private backyard heated pool and 2 parking spaces in the detached garage. The house is air conditioned. 5 bedrooms / 3.5 bathrooms. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided.

4 beach badges and beach chairs are also included.
Short walk to Avon’s main street to dine and shop!

1st floor has an eat in kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, bar area and half bathroom.
2nd floor has 3 bedrooms (primary with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms share a hall full bath) and another bedroom which is configured as a tv room (couch and tv).
3rd floor has 2 bedrooms (both with 2 twin beds) and a shared hallway full bathroom.

Note: Family room furniture and backyard furniture is in progress and will be furnished in the next week.

The house was great! Just a short walk to the beach, having a pool is a nice (uncommon) feature too. The house was clean and the size was bigger than expected. Having an empty garage allowed us to store beach related items. Check in was easy, there are electronic locks with codes that open the door. The owners were great too, good communication, and they place was very well stocked with clean linins, extra towels, pool toys, beach chairs ect. It that showed that they cared about the rental experience. The house does have a little older feel to it, but it makes up for that in size and location. I would rent again.
