Beautiful water views and pool, minutes to everything!

This is a newer home with beautiful water views from the entire house. Enjoy the sunsets and watch the boats from our deck. When the beach is too hot, there is a private pool and an outdoor shower.
Within a 5 minute walk you have: Maclearie Park with tennis, pickelball courts, and a playground. Also paddle board rentals, boat rentals, fishing and sightseeing charters, parasailing, mini golf, L Street public beach and boat ramp. And there is waterside dining at Marina Grill and 9th Avenue Pier. Great for sunsets!
Belmar has free summer concerts. Check out the Belmar.com tourism page. It lists a self guided walking tour, the “treasure trail”. There are several public golf courses near-by as well as a driving range. The ocean is less than a mile away and we provide 4 beach badges and chairs. We have parking for 4 cars in our driveway. We have two kayaks and several bicycles for your use, and a grill for barbequing.

So much to do, or relax and do nothing.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood where quiet hours are enforced after 10pm. Parties or additional guests are prohibited. We have a security camera in the patio/pool area for safety and security. The surveillance feature will not be used while the house is occupied, only the motion detector to turn on the security light. Our landscaper will be by once a week to trim the lawn, but only the front and street area. We will come by to clean the pool on Thursdays between 1 and 3pm. Or a different time at your option.

The place was super clean and centrally located for so many great activities. We walked to the whale-watch, minutes from the beach, great food close by, etc. Kitchen was well-appointed, as were all the baths and laundry. Jim was super easy to work with even with changes. The road noises were constant, but if you know that going in, hard to complain about anything else.

We had an incredible stay at this Belmar beach house! The home was gorgeous, spotless, and even better than described. Jim was such a friendly and helpful host, which made everything easy from start to finish. Having the pool was awesome—so useful and relaxing, and perfect for cooling off after the beach. The location is unbeatable—so close to the ocean and everything Belmar has to offer, most of it within walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This house is absolutely beautiful. It's spacious, clean, well-organized, and comfortable. I was especially grateful for the cleanliness; it made a lovely stay even nicer. Jim is an excellent and attentive host, too.Only downside is the street/car noise on that main road out front. The water views are beautiful but the traffic is so loud, it's hard to want to sit out on the patio. There was also a house party in a neighbor's house one night, where they were blasting music until 2am (which I know because I was awake due to the noise). Otherwise this place is perfect.

Exceeded expectations

This home was well stocked with all of the amenities you can want and more. They truly thought of everything. We even got to try kayaking with the complimentary kayaks and the bay right across the street. Not to mention the place was immaculately cleaned. Traveling with three adults and two younger children heated pool was quite the luxury during our stay. There were several outside spaces to enjoy the beautiful view around. We particularly enjoyed the view from the top balcony that overlooks the river. We happened to be there during the heat wave and the air conditioner was very refreshing. There was a lot of great restaurants around, but as someone who likes to cook, we did use the kitchen quite a bit and it was stocked with all the needed items to make any good meal. The beach does require a drive but it wasn’t terrible. Especially since we stayed during the heat wave we didn’t go until after four. There were beach passes, but we just chose not to go until later due to the heat. I would say prepare to find parking if you do plan to drive to the beach.Also, if you’re in New Yorker Belmar, hot bagels was by far the best bagels, I’ve had it a long time.Thank you for a great stay!!

Great Accommodations

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We easily accommodated our adult children and their partners for dinner and board games. Jim was fantastic as our host providing easy information for our stay. Minutes to the beach on foot. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Perfect Getaway

Our expectations were exceeded at this property. It was the perfect location; walking distance to bars and restaurants, close to the beach, and the pool provided a much needed escape. The whole house was well stocked with anything we could need and everything was newly updated. The shower was a highlight!! If you’re looking for the perfect location to experience the Shore and relax, book here!!

Riverview vacation

Beautiful vacation stay place was very clean, beautiful view of the river and all the activities. Lotta places to visit restaurants in the area. What hesitate to come back and tell my friends of the places if they need to rental for our vacation.
