Hosting up to 12 guests, our multi-level home features 4 spacious bedrooms, a large dining table for 8, and a kitchen bar with additional seating. Step out onto the private deck to enjoy peaceful morning coffee or spend your afternoons hiking at Mount Quandary or Blue Lakes. Return home to unwind in the private hot tub or stream a movie on one of the 5 Smart TVs.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the main living spaces. Private outdoor amenities are fully accessible to guests, featuring a private 6-person Arctic Spas hot tub located on the deck, and a private Charbroil gas grill. On-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Please note there is an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on the premises with a permanent tenant. The tenant has a separate entrance and 1 dedicated parking spaces that do not overlap with guest parking. They are not apart of management for the property so please do not contact them.

Outdoor enthusiasts will thrive here with immediate access to legendary hiking and biking trails, including Spruce Creek, Blue Lakes, and McCullough Gulch. Anglers can spend quiet mornings fishing for trout in the Blue River, or exploring the waters at Goose Pasture Tarn and the expansive Dillon Reservoir, which offers boat rentals, kayaking, and lakeside dining at the local marinas.



Take a short drive or bus ride into Breckenridge to experience its rich historic district, summer farmers markets, and outdoor concerts, or drive up to Sapphire Point for an unforgettable view of the Tenmile Range.



Getting Around:

A car is the most convenient option for exploring the broader Summit County area, and our property offers 3 uncovered parking spaces in the driveway. For a stress-free alternative, you can take a 6-minute walk to the Sherwood Lane bus stop to catch the free Summit Stage Blue River Commuter Line. This bus takes you directly into downtown Breckenridge, where you can access the comprehensive, free Breck Free Ride bus system spanning the entire town.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note the hot tub may be serviced in between stays and could affect the temperature of the tub during the first night of stay.
