On arrival the apartment wasn’t ready and hadn’t been cleaned, we waited at the gate for someone to go into the complex so we could enter the complex then couldn’t enter the property as it hadn’t been cleaned. The cleaners arrived and we were allowed in the property after 15/20 minutes, the apartment could have been cleaned a little better but not sure if this was because they were running late. The host did respond to us very quickly. The complex itself is secure and clean and close to amenities. The apartment is relatively modern, there is no air conditioning within the apartment, there was lack of origination in the kitchen eg no drawers for cutlery so finding things was a bit of a chore. There are a few things which let the apartment down, which are garden tables as bed side tables, dated kitchen table and chairs, curtains, walls and sofa need to be cleaned. Balcony within the apartment is small and again could be doing with being tidied up. The apartment would also benefit from an air fryer, I think this would be more popular than a coffee machine but maybe that’s just down to preference. Overall the apartment is in a good location and has most things for and enjoyable holiday, I would stay here again.

When we arrived the cleaner was still hard at work so we left our luggage in the apartment and went for a walk. When we got back the apartment was very clean and we found it to have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Including pool towels, which are not often supplied by owners.The kitchen is very well equipped and there was extra towels and bedding supplied.During our stay there was always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool and very little noise from within the complex. Being only a very short walk from supermarkets, bars and restaurants, the location is great. We would definately return.

Excellent stay at this apartment. Apartment was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Posizione molto pratica

Molto bene. Molto ben posizionato tra la spiaggia e la stazione dei bus (per l' areoporto, Siam Park e per visitare tutto l'isola). Ben accessoriato con asciugamani e teli mare. Piscina sempre disponibile.Cattivo odore in bagno probabilmente dalle tubature.

Proprietario sempre disponibile. L appartamento è pulito e ha a disposizione tutti gli accessori per la cucina, così come il materiale per il mare. La piscina è ben curata e pulita. L appartamento dista 5 Min a piedi dalla spiaggia Los Cristianos e 10 min dalla stazione dei pullman. Consigliatissimo.

Very nice appartment close to all amenities

Modern spacious appartment with all you need to enjoy your time there. The host was easily contactable for any queries or assistance. Overall the appartment was of high standard and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place central in Los Chrstianos.

Nice apartment, wery central in Los Christianos.Check-in is difficult and you have to wait for and lokal resident to open the gate.

La ubicación es buenísima. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y recién pintado. Bien decorado, sencillo y funcional. Solo deslucía que en medio del salón había una silla de gamer, una cama plegable y un flotador enorme que no pintaban nada.La piscina muy buena, y aparcar se presupone complicado en verano. Nosotros estuvimos en invierno y en la avenida de al lado era fácil.La comunicación con el arrendatario no fue personal sino mediante la aplicación y whatsapp y, a veces no era inmediata. Eso sí, dispuesto siempre a solucionar cualquier incidencia. La recepción un tanto extraña pues no teníamos llaves y debíamos esperar a que alguien abriera hasta poder recogerlas en el cajetín. Al final se solucionó para poder tener las llaves desde el principio.De menaje estaba bien, aunque echo de menos paños de cocina y un juego de toallas (lavabo y ducha) por huésped, aunque nos proporcionó toalla de playa que es de agradecer.Los armarios del salón estaban llenos de cosas de construcción y no había espacio para nada. Necesitaría una limpieza de objetos, igual que de productos de baño y cocina que se van dejando los huéspedes y que, bajo mi punto de vista, yo tiraría si estuvieran abiertos. Por lo demás muy recomendable.

We’ve just spent a fabulous 17 days here, everything you could need, property is fantastic really clean, host was quick to respond and it really has been a pleasure, we will definitely be returning to this property, really clean beautiful interior easy check in process and we was allowed a late checkout with no issues, Thankyou again we loved every minute ❤️

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour à Los cristianos. Appartement très agréable et conforme à l’annonce, on y trouve tout le nécessaire. Vaisselle, draps, serviettes, machine à laver, ustensiles de cuisine, plats, armoire dans la chambre, etc. Seul bémol : le filet sur la terrasse pour empêcher les pigeons de venir déposer un cadeau sur la table gâche un peu le plaisir de manger sur la terrasse. La piscine est très bien, transats, chaises et parasols à disposition. Durant notre séjour, il y avait principalement des personnes âgées ( des gens accueillants et exceptionnels) donc assez calme. La résidence n est pas neuve, elle aurait besoin de quelques coups de peinture mais ça n empêche en rien de passer un bon séjour. Si vous louez une voiture, armez-vous de patience pour trouver une place. Il peut être nécessaire de faire 2-3 tours du pâté de maison voir s éloigner à 400-500m, comme il est possible d avoir une place juste devant directement. Plage à 5mn à pied avec possibilité de location de transats. Restaurants et commerces à proximité. Promenade sur le bord de mer possible jusqu’à los americas, secteur vivant le soir mais n empêche pas de dormir. Santa cruz à environ 1heure de route. Aéroport de tenerife sud à environ 15mn. Très bonne communication avec andreas, réponse très rapide à nos questions. Nous conseillons sans hésiter cet appartement. Un grand merci !!

Sehr zentrale Lage und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Appartement Top. Ausstattung: es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Balkon für 4 Personen etwas zu klein, sitzen möglich, für Mahlzeiten zu eng. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
