Beautiful and modern apartment in Los Cristianos. Located in a great location, very central and a few steps from the beach of Los Cristianos and Las Vistas. The apartment has a terrace and sea views. It is located next to the promenade, ideal for a nice walk, to enjoy the beach and all the services and amenities just a few minutes away.



This beautiful and comfortable apartment is decorated with a modern and cheerful touch. It has all the comforts and all the necessary equipment for an ideal stay. It is very practical, it has a bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed. New and modern American kitchen, dining room, Smart TV, Wifi, a small workspace, a complete bathroom and a small terrace that is normally sunny and with sea views.



The building also has parking, a magnificent swimming pool, as well as a children's pool and direct access from the building to the promenade.



It is ideal for both couples and small families with a baby or child. We have the possibility of adding a cot, high chair and baby bath if necessary.



Very comfortable to be in a quiet area and accessible to everything in the Los Critianos area. If you do not have a car you can also move easily around the area. Great variety of services, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, etc. Taxi rank and nearby bus station.

Gute Lage an der Promenade

Ganz ok. Entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Betten sind extrem hart. Mein Ehemann hat deshalb auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Oberflächlich wirkt es sauber. Die Rille der Duschwand darf man nicht betrachten. Es fehlen Kaffeebecher, haben wir selbst gekauft. Ein Staubsauger wäre schön.

Great apartment

This was the 2nd year we have stayed in Guayero (608) for 3 weeks in January/February. The apartment is clean and well equipped with a great position next to H10 and overlooking the beach. No cleaning was included but that was fine for us. We had a change of bed linen and towels in the apartment and with the washing machine - no problem. There is a supermarket directly below with very fair pricesAll in all, a great apartment in a lovely position.

Die Wohnung war wie erwartet. Großer Fernseher mit Internet. Wir konnten deutsche Sender mit Waipu Stick empfangen . Das Bett war eher unbequem, sehr hart. Mein Mann hat auf dem Schlafsofa genächtigt.

So schön

Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und hat eine perfekte Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Unkomplizierter Check in und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Ich würde hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Super Urlaub direkt an der Promenade von Los Christianos

Das Appartement entspricht genau dem, was im Inserat angeboten wurde. Wir haben wunderschöne vier Wochen verbracht und den Pool (immer eine Liege frei) genossen. Man wohnt direkt an der Promenade, ist in 2 Minuten am Strand und kann lange Spaziergänge am Meer machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely apartment

Great location on the flat (no hills to climb!), very convenient to bars, shops and beach. The apartment was excellent, very clean with a lovely sea view and had everything we needed. The pool area was well kept and sun beds were always available. We booked again for next year whilst we were there 😀.

Quite ok apartment

Furniture is new but the apartment needs updating of the ceilings and floors specifically in the bathroom. As the foto shows the view from balcony on the left corner is the mountains and from the right corner you can see the sea. But straight on the other side is the hotel.

3 semaines dans l’appartement de margarita

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, bien placé avec une belle vue mer et tout le nécessaire à proximité :plage, commerces, restaurants. Parking très appréciable. L’immeuble est très accessible, les ascenseurs performants. L’hôtel proche cause peu de nuisances , fin des spectacles à 22h30. Cet appartement est un bon choix à los cristianos

Lovely apartment & great location. Completely as described. Air conditioning would have been welcomed - I was there at the end of October so I expect that summer months would be very hot! Smart tv outsmarted me - couldn’t get English channels - might have been me!! WiFi was good. Will be going back the in January
