Private: property, garden 600 m2 (not fenced) lawn and wildlife garden, parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 950 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 300 m. Sports harbour 250 m, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, sailing school 2 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Trébeurden 6 km, Trégastel 7 km, Ploumanac’h 12 km, Perros-Guirec 15 km, Aquarium Marin de Trégastel 8 km, Côte de Granit Rose. Hiking paths: GR 34. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups.

Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Bath/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Walk-through room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), conservatory. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Supers vacances

Nous avons passé de belles vacances à Ile Grande . Magnifique côte de granir rose . Nous avons profité du calme de notre location, idéalement située entre Roscoff et Paimpol . Maison agréable à vivre ,ou rien ne manque. Jardin idéal , avec le cri ( super ) des goélands ( qui vont nous manquer) Mr et Me Rage

Un séjour presque parfait !

Si j'avais pu j'aurais donné 4 étoiles et demi ! L'Ile Grande est absolument magnifique, c'est une vraie perle dans une région par ailleurs très belle. La maison est très bien située pour découvrir l'île, elle ne donne pas directement sur la mer mais elle a un beau jardin et se trouve à 2mn de différentes plages, sentiers de rando. On voit que c'est une maison de famille, pas juste un endroit pour la location touristique. Une bibliothèque bien fournie, un magnétoscope avec des K7 (!), énormément de vaisselles, de couverts et d'ustensiles de cuisine (ce qui change de beaucoup de location qui ne vous donnent que le strict minimum). Les équipements ne sont pas ultra-modernes mais ils fonctionnent ! Le RDC est très agréable et spacieux, dans un style de déco traditionnelle, avec une magnifique grande cheminée. On s'y sent très bien. Le 1er étage est moins agréable, un peu sombre avec le lambris bois, optimisé pour avoir un nombre maximum de couchages (ce qui est pratique aussi). Le point négatif pour moi c'était la literie, pas le pire que j'ai vu en location, mais des matelas neufs et plus fermes seraient à mon sens un gros plus. Une agence est en charge de la location, il faut aller chercher et rendre les clés à Perros Guirrec (pas très loin mais pas très pratique) et les délais de communication avec l'agence sont un peu longs. Quelques petits défauts donc mais nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire sur l'île et nous relouerons la maison sans problème !

Erholsame Tage in einer tollen Region

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage (besonders nachts). Schöner abgeschirmter Garten mit Bäumen und Sträuchern, so dass es auch schattige Plätzchen gibt. Großes Plus: nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum Meer und dem Wanderweg rund um die Insel (Gesamtweg ca. 7 km - sehr zu empfehlen). Insgesamt sehr schöne Küste und die beliebten Touristenmagnete der Côte de Granit Rose, wie Trégastel, Ploumanac'h oder Perros-Guirec, sind auch nicht allzu weit entfernt.
