The "Kaiserhof 7.13" vacation rental is located on the seventh floor. The apartment is in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The building is right on the ocean, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. There is an elevator in the building.

The apartment has a double bed in the living/sleeping area. The entryway, which also serves as a hallway and kitchen, is equipped with a fully functional built-in kitchen. The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The apartment has a balcony with a direct view of the sea. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operated via an app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
