Escape to a cozy retreat just one block from Pleasure Pier, the beach, and Seawall attractions. Perfect for couples, this downstairs apartment features a comfortable king bed, Smart TV with cable, a fully stocked kitchenette with cookware, dishes, and silverware, plus towels for your stay. Please bring your own washcloths, coffee, toiletries, and personal shower items.
This suite is located in a charming 5-unit building and offers shared Wi-Fi. While comfortable and clean, it features our smallest bathroom, including a standing shower, compact vanity area, and narrow toilet space. Please review the photos carefully before booking. If you'd like more room, we offer several larger units nearby.
A great location, comfortable king bed, and easy access to Galveston's top attractions make My Sunshine Suite an ideal spot for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Parking
• Street parking only w/ provided street parking pass for one car. If you will be traveling in something more untraditional, such as a golf cart or motorcycle, then please contact the city marshal’s office to inquire about parking requirements in residential-only restricted areas for such vehicles.
• There is a $500 replacement cost for all lost & stolen parking passes

• Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book.
• All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Check-ins after 10:00 PM require prior approval before booking.
• Same-day reservations may require up to an 8-hour lead time before check-in.
• Please bring personal items such as shampoo, soap, washcloths, coffee, extra trash bags, and any additional supplies you may need during your stay.
• This is a private one-bedroom apartment located within a building that shares a common entry hallway with four other apartments.
• Attraction hours and operations may vary based on season and weather; please check directly with local venues before arrival.

• Exterior security camera present
• Noise decibel monitor present
• No additional guests, visitors, parties, or pets are permitted.
• Host communication must be conducted directly through the guest who made the reservation.
• ADA-recognized service animals are welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines. ESA requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on animal size, breed, and staff allergy concerns. Advance approval is required, along with a non-refundable $75 fee.
• No extra beds or sleeping arrangements may be added.
• Please keep personal belongings stored properly and off floors to help prevent accidental damage.
