Unbeatable location! This newly renovated, cosy and bright apartment is only 100 m away from the ski lifts, taking you straight into the skiing and hiking paradise of the Schmittenhöhe.

The town center and the beautiful Lake Zell can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.

Room layout:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso Coffee Machine)
- lounge/dining-area with sleeper couch (can sleep 2)
- arge TV with satellite channels
- bathroom with WC and shower
- large, sunny-south facing balcony with views of the mountain, the lake is just visible too

Additionally:
- a ski locker room is available in the basement
- underground parking space (Width: 200cm / Height: 209cm) for ONE SMALL CAR

However, there is public parking (€21 per day) just round the corner.
