Spacious 1,100 sq ft lower-level suite with private entrance located on a small hill with a beautiful view.

Located near Denver & Red Rocks, it's only a 15mins drive to Denver downtown and Red Rocks, and there are many food and grocery options within walking distance. Make this your second home while you visit Denver!

The property:
The lower level of my home is a two-bedroom suite including private bathroom, living room and kitchen.

The separate private entrance to the lower level suite is located at the back of the house. Please note that guests will need to walk around the house to the backyard entrance, which is down a sloped hill - unfortunately not ADA friendly.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, full-sized sink, and a large fridge for your cooking needs. A dual element portable induction stove top is provided for cooking. The kitchen also includes a microwave, air fryer, pots/pans, and dinnerware.

The living room includes a large and extremely comfortable sectional from Castlery and a 65” Hisense Mini-LED TV, the ideal combination to spend a cozy night in.

I hope you see the beauty in Denver and Colorado like I did when I decided to move here!

I'm an avid snowboarder, big foodie, amateur hiker/trail-runner (just started when I moved here and I can't stop!), and big car enthusiast. Come say hi!

Arvada is conveniently located right outside of the Denver downtown. Within 15 mins, I can get to downtown, Red Rocks, Golden and many other neighborhoods! Olde Town Arvada is also a charming strip with great restaurant options. Lastly, every food and retail options you can imagine is available within a 5mins radius (including Costco, In-n-Out, and many other chains). The convenience plus the calmness is why I picked this neighborhood!
