Just a short walk away—only about 500 meters—you’ll reach the Baltic Sea and its kilometers-long white sandy beach. A summer bakery, an ice cream shop, and a horse farm with a restaurant are also within walking distance. Enjoy sunny days at the beach and long walks along the shore, or take advantage of the well-developed bike and hiking trails to explore the beautiful Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its unique natural scenery. <br><br>The Dünenrot EG 01 vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building and, with approximately 56 square meters of living space, features a modern, light-filled, open living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a cozy sofa corner overlooking the terrace. The vacation rental is equipped with underfloor heating, and on cooler evenings or during the winter months, a wood-burning stove provides additional warmth and comfort. The apartment also features a bedroom with a large, comfortable box-spring bed with a full-length mattress, as well as a modern and comfortably appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower. Children are warmly welcome in this apartment. A travel crib and a high chair can be booked as needed.<br><br>On the south-facing terrace with a large garden, you can hear the sound of the Baltic Sea, soak up the sun, and enjoy peaceful, relaxing moments. <br><br>Bed linens and towels are NOT included but can be booked separately. <br>Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted in the house.<br>A separate storage room for bicycles and e-bikes with a charging station, as well as a parking space for one car, are available.
