The apartment is well located and spacious. Everything is exactly as pictured in the photos. Most "attractions" are withing a reasonable walking distance and further out spots are an easy Lyft ride away. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of our favorite VRBO‘s that we’ve ever stayed in, in a city. Access was phenomenal. The unit was perfect, very clean, comfortable and had every thing we needed. There is a coffee bar and regular bar on the first floor with concierge’s style service. Parking was extra, but super easy! You are located directly off the foot path to the walking and bike riding path around Lady Bird Lake and the river. There are also bike rentals and Scooter rentals right nearby, we loved the bikes!

PERFECT location

Gorgeous, modern high rise near the river- nice and quiet at night. Great walking path a block over, walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, the capital, South Congress Bridge, and University of Texas. Will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location

PROS: great location- there are restaurants & shops around the block, CVS/Whole Foods/Target a mile away. The river & hiking trail also about a mile away with kayaks, waterbikes, etc. The rooftop is lovely and the Congress St Bridge bats are visible from there. Lobby has good coffee and breakfast tacos. The unit was well stocked and had high end appliances. CONS: (None of which would keep me from staying at Natiivo again) unpleasant smell of sewage late in the evenings both nights between 9-11pm in our unit. We had family in another unit on the same floor that did not have this experience. We emailed vacasa & they promptly responded saying they would inform the operators. Valet erroneously charged an extra day upon departure. We were promptly refunded when we called it to their attention. Valet is not associated with Natiivo or Vacasa. It's a separate business. (It was very convenient. $40/day + tip. They were very fast & courteous.) Street parking is available.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay, Brennan. The sulfur smell often comes from the hot water sitting in the hot water tanks during the summer. This problem is solved by running the hot water for a little to clear out the hydrogen sulfide buildup. Thank you!
