Welcome to a top modern holiday home with stunning lake views on Lake Immeln about 20 km north of Kristianstad.
Stunning lake views from the large, open living room at 70m2 and the huge terrace which extends around half the house. Three double bedrooms and bedrooms with single bed and loft bed. Possibility of an extra bed. Wood burning stove and a television in the living room. Most modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. A large bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower and underfloor heating. There is also an extra toilet in the house. Access to the barbecue.
Very close to the swimming area with a small serving. The area is popular for its hiking trails, fishing, nice bath and canoe trails with canoe rental place. In summer you can make a summer cruising in Skåne's only archipelago with M / S Immeln. In the winter for those who like skiing and tobogganing are close to Vångabacken.
