BRAND NEW JUNE 2026! Experience the ultimate Atlantic Beach retreat at Black Pearl Estate on Main Street, a one-of-a-kind coastal property designed for large family gatherings, corporate retreats, weddings, celebrations, golf groups, and unforgettable vacations.



When you reserve the entire estate, you'll enjoy exclusive access to both the Sunrise and Sunset Suites, expansive indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, private 1200 sq ft rooftop access, two private pools, and two private hot tubs. The property's thoughtfully designed layout creates the perfect balance between togetherness and privacy, allowing guests to gather comfortably while maintaining personal space.



We’re happy to welcome small, family‑style gatherings at Black Pearl Celebrations. Events of up to 60 people (including the max 28 overnight guests) can be approved once you reserve the property. These are relaxed, DIY celebrations meant for family and friends. The property is not suited for commercial or ticketed events. Only registered guests and pre‑approved attendees may be on site, and all activities should follow local noise, parking, and safety guidelines. If you choose to bring in a professional vendor, they must be licensed, insured, and able to provide a certificate of insurance listing Black Pearl Celebrations as an additional insured. The selling of products, services, food or beverages is strictly prohibited.



As an added VIP bonus, guests reserving the entire estate receive complimentary access to the private one-bedroom suite, creating additional flexibility for event hosts, special guests, grandparents, or bridal accommodations.



From relaxing poolside to gathering with loved ones after a day at the beach, Black Pearl Estate provides an extraordinary setting for creating lasting memories.



The rooftop area has a hardwired fireplace, patio seating, and a large bluetooth speaker.

Located at 611 30th Ave in Atlantic Beach, this property sits in a quiet coastal neighborhood just a short distance from the beach. Guests are close to wide sandy shoreline access, perfect for morning walks, beach days, and sunset views. The location offers a relaxed coastal setting while still being just a short drive from dining, shopping, golf, and all the attractions of the Grand Strand.



Getting Around:

Parking for 7 vehicles in the side lot. Several additional spots on the street (subject to availability).



Other Things to Note:

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Guests are kindly asked to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. A waiver is also required to be signed prior to using the pool and hot tub.



3. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older

Strictly non-smoking/vaping property: No smoking, vaping, e cigarettes or cannabis allowed inside OR anywhere on the premises. No pets.
