Downstairs Unit B includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains, comfy bedding, plenty of towels, and sauna robes provided.



The split-bedroom layout is great for privacy and gives guests room to spread out. One bedroom feels like a private primary suite with its own bathroom, while the second bedroom is located near the kitchen, living room, and second bathroom, giving that side a comfortable studio-like feel. One bathroom includes a tub, and the other has a standing shower.



The kitchen includes a retro-style fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, K-pod coffee maker with a variety of coffee options, cookware, utensils, and cooking basics. The living room offers a comfortable place to relax with a sofa bed and TV.



The property is fully fenced, tucked away, and a bit secluded while still being just minutes from downtown Seattle. It offers a rare mix of quiet retreat-style comfort, nature, and easy city access.



Guests have private access to Downstairs Unit B only. Outdoor spaces and amenities are shared with the upstairs unit, including the hot tub, large sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, barbecue grill, outdoor lounge areas, and parking area. You may see other guests outside during your stay.



One of the best features of the property is the large shared sauna with a picture window and peaceful tree-filled views. It is designed for a spa-style experience and includes sauna robes, a bucket and ladle for steam, and an essential oil diffuser with a variety of oils.



Free off-street parking is available. The driveway is a little hidden and secluded, but spacious once inside. Please park in the gravel area in front of the yard fence. With the gates open, there is overflow parking inside the fenced property with space for multiple cars. Please do not park in the neighbor’s driveway or parking area.



Please note that Unit B is the downstairs unit. Access to the upstairs unit is not included. Outdoor amenities and parking are shared with the upstairs unit. This property is not suitable for parties or events.
