Staying in the heart of Bradenton Beach puts island life at your fingertips! Spend your days lounging on the beach, or fishing in the bay! Enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated community pool, or take a short stroll to historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! To explore the rest of this seven-mile stretch of Gulf Coast paradise, jump on the free island trolley! This beautiful condo is bound to become your favorite beach place for years to come. The condo is easily reachable from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is about an hour away. Walk just 10 houses down to the beach or a half-block to Sarasota Bay.



This gorgeous second-floor beach condo features a breezy open design and stylish beachy décor. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed and smart TV, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring town! For additional sleeping options, you’ll find a pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with glasses, plates, silverware, cookware, a coffee maker, a toaster, an oven/stove, and a refrigerator. There is no dishwasher. For ease and convenience, Bayview Inn offers a shared laundry downstairs with a washer/dryer for you to use free of charge.

The apartment was just as pictured. Cute, well appointed and comfortable. Can’t beat the location to walk to see sunrise and sunset! Beach access convenient and close to restaurants and shops. Paradise, for sure!

Check in was seamless. I received several text messages with very clear instructions. The place was incredibly clean! Great location next to bridge street and easy walk to the beach. My wife loved this place and already wants to come back.

Walk to everything from the location. Beach, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes. Unit was well stocked with everything I needed for a week long stay. Ample parking even for guests.

Fantastic beach condo!

This condo was perfect for me and my son. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and even shorter walk to Bridge Street. The free trolly was also a big plus to get around the island. Beautiful people and beautiful beaches.

Cozy beach stay

Property location and pool were great. Came in to a clean place until we walked into master bedroom and there was styrofoam all over the floor, discovered a dishwasher partially in a box in the closet, cardboard and styrofoam everywhere. I had to immediately vacuum the flour. Would have been nice to have the space to hang clothes. Also, found a pair of underwear on the floor behind the dresser. It was great that chairs were provided however it was not in the amenities. There was 2 chairs, sand toys, frisbee, and small cooler. These items need updated in the amenities description.
